Eureka! is McWane Science Center’s quarterly newsletter. You may be wondering, “What is Eureka!, actually?” Well “Eureka!” is a shout of joy or excitement that occurs when one discovers something for the first time. The word is said to have been created by Archimedes–a famed and influential mathematician, scientist, and inventor–in the early 1600’s.
